Casa
Roca - Casa Roca or (rock house) is a three bedroom,
three bathroom oceanfront villa with a charming guest house in
front. Casa Roca is located on a quiet, oceanfront cul de sac
in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras.
Puerto Aventuras is the perfect base for your Riviera Maya vacation
and Casa Roca is a comfortable, private place from which to do
so. Relax in a hammock on the back terrace as the Caribbean breeze
washes over you and your mind drifts……
Casa Roca was the first house built in Puerto Aventuras, it was
here before PA existed! The house has a Mexican Caribbean Flavor
it is decorated in creams and blues with colorful handicrafts
and hand made tile works and murals painted by a local artist.
The master bedroom has a an ocean view and a king-size bed, there
is a beautiful shade of blue tile on the bedside tables, cream
and blues are predominate in this room and there is a roomy terrace
from which to view the stars. The master bath has beautiful handmade
tiles and a master shower with dual shower heads and a bench for
relaxation.
The studio also has an ocean view and a choice between two twins
or king-size bed. The décor is all blues and whites, the bathroom
also has cool tiles, the white tiles are white off set with blue
tiles that look like stained glass.
The Pueblo room has an offset ocean view, with a queen size bed
and a mural of a Pueblo scene (balloon vendor & a little girl).
The room is done in creams, terra-cotta and yellow…...
The Bungalow or guest house has a small sitting area, a small
kitchenette w/coffee maker and micro-wave. The Bungalow has an
African theme, the whole house is painted as a safari tent, the
bedroom has the curtains pulled back to reveal a giraffe grazing
the treetop outside and the small living area overlooks a panorama
of elephants in the distance.
Enjoy the gorgeous Caribbean view from your private pool and terrace,
or walk down to the streets salt water pool about 30 yards from
the house…The sandy beach is just down the street at The Sunscape…see
Map & Info page. There is another beach at The Omni hotel a pleasant
10 minute stroll around the marina and pass the dolphins. There
is good snorkeling and fishing steps from your door.
Casa Roca is within an hour of just about everything you can imagine.
You are within an hour of Cancun, Cozumel, and Coba and within
a half hour of Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tulum,
Sian Kaan….and more. The activities available within PA range
from snorkeling and diving, para-sailing, restaurants , inter
net cafes, deep sea fishing, golf, tennis, massages, sailing trips,
snorkeling trips, sports bar, biking, and that is just on property.
Go off property and we add cave diving, cavern tours, spelunking,
rappelling, more snorkeling, trips to Mayan Ruins, shopping, discos,
sky-diving, ATV tours, cenotes, horseback riding. the choice are
boundless.
