The housekeeper will make the beds, clean the bathrooms, empty the trash, sweep and mop the condo.  Please keep our service providers in mind, they work very hard to keep your condo clean, tipping is appropriate. I am often asked for tipping guidelines, so here they are:

Studio $3-$4
One Bedroom-$4-6
Two Bedroom-$6-8
Three Bedroom $8-$10
Four Bedroom Villa $10-$15

for each day you receive housekeeping. If the housekeepers go over and above the duties mentioned above then of course a larger gratuity is always appreciated. Please leave the gratuity on the kitchen counter on the day of departure.
