Check-In Information:	OFFICE HOURS are 9:00-1:00 and 2:30-4:30, Monday through Friday and 8:30- 2:00, Saturday and closed on Sunday. If you will be checking in at another hour we will need to make prior arrangements as to when and where we will meet.
Deposit Policy:	A deposit of 25% of the total rental is due within four (4) days after confirmation, with full payment due forty five (45) days prior to arrival. NOTE- For Holiday Bookings, (December 15 to January 2), we request a 50% deposit of the total rental due seven (7) days after confirmation, with full payment by October 15.

Payment Information:	Unless otherwise specified the Mexican Hotel Tax of 12% is not included in the rate and will be added to your total rental bill. Rates and taxes are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. We accept personal checks, travelers checks, cashier checks, wire transfers and credit cards through Paypal. Please make all checks made payable to "PA Condos LLC". Final Payment $: Due:
Security Deposit	A Security Deposit of $300 USD is due within 10 days along with the completed Rental Agreement. The security deposit must be a separate personal check made out to PA Condos LLC. If needed we will subtract damages from this check otherwise it will be returned approximately two to three weeks after your departure. Cancellation and Refunds:	Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel within 30 to 45 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the total rental, within 15- 29 days prior to arrival we will refund 25% of your total rental, within 0-14 days prior to arrival we will refund 10% of your total rental, Please note, during Holidays (December 15 to January 5), there are NO REFUNDS, UNLESS we are able to fully book that period.
Telephone:	If your condo has a phone, you should be able to make long distance calls charged to your AT&T or MCI card. . If you do not have these cards you should still be able to make local calls and receive calls from anywhere.
Beach Towels:	Casa Amigos, Costa Blanca, Casa Monica, Casa Roca, Casa Blanca and Casa Gloria all have beach towels. The other properties do not- if the property you have rented is not listed then please bring beach towels. Please note the beach towels are for the duration of your stay, if you need to have them laundered please do so in the washer/dryer provided in your condo.
Transfers and More:	Airport transfers and tours can be arranged through Paradise Tours. We are happy to set up airport transfers for you- they will pick you up bring you to us and we will get you settled in. Please note you will pay Paradise Tours directly, also you can set up tours once you have arrived. Please see the transfer section on the "Maps and General Information Page" (http://pacondos.com/FAQ.htm).
